The husband must keep his wife chaste and give her conjugal rights according to her needs and his capacity. The wife should be frank with him regarding her right to intercourse. It is not permissible for her to masturbate due to the husband's abstention, as this is forbidden and entails harms. As for masturbation with the husband's hand, it has a different ruling.
