How is the inheritance distributed if the deceased left behind two daughters, a maternal grandmother, and a full paternal uncle?

In this case, the inheritance of the deceased (two daughters, a grandmother, and a paternal uncle) is divided as follows:

- The two daughters receive two-thirds, due to their plurality and the absence of a male sibling to make them co-heirs, based on the verse: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left."

- The grandmother receives one-sixth as a prescribed share, due to the absence of the direct mother.

- What remains after the share of the daughters and the grandmother goes to the paternal uncle by residuary right (ta'sib), based on the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male relative."

The origin of the inheritance is six shares: the two daughters receive four shares (two shares for each), the grandmother receives one share, and the paternal uncle receives one share.
