What is the ruling on money deposited in the stock market with interest when it is distributed to children after death, and is it permissible to take a portion of it if the grandmother gives it? What is the ruling on selling inherited land and dividing the money in a manner other than what Allah has revealed, and does this fall under His saying, the Almighty: "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed"?

It is not permissible to deposit money in usurious institutions in cases of choice and absence of necessity, nor is it permissible to take their interest. Usury is forbidden by Islamic law. Whoever has deposited their money in usurious banks must dispose of the interest and spend it on general Muslim welfare and charitable causes.

If the grandmother helps those in need, it is permissible to benefit from her assistance, as unlawful money, once it reaches a poor person, becomes permissible for them.

If the inheritance is distributed in a manner that contradicts the Sharia-prescribed division, and it was not based on a settlement or mutual consent among the heirs, then that division is invalid. This is because Allah Himself has undertaken to clarify the shares of the heirs, and whoever contravenes this has been threatened by Allah with Hellfire.
