How can one guide a young man suffering from multiple psychological and physical problems, such as involuntary urination and masturbation, which have affected his life, work, and marriage, and is it permissible for him to use medication to enlarge his penis?

The problem lies in disobeying Allah through the forbidden act of masturbation, which entails health and psychological harms. It is advised to repent from it, and to stay away from watching pornographic websites and conversing with girls. Urinating at this age is often due to psychological reasons that can be medically treated, and a person afflicted with urinary incontinence is not held accountable for it. It is not permissible to undergo a cosmetic surgery for the penis. The best solution is to hasten to marriage, and if you are unable to, then you must fast, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O young people, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it helps to lower the gaze and guard modesty. And whoever is not able to, then he should fast, for it will be a shield for him." Marriage is also one of the means of attracting sustenance.
