What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a Muslim mother who helps her daughter in a romantic relationship with a young man, conceals it from her husband, and allows her daughter to meet him? And is this behavior correct in the marriage of Muslim women?

The mother who deceives her daughter and betrays the trust is disobedient to her Lord. She must fear Allah and care for her daughter as Allah has commanded, for every guardian is responsible for his charge. Whoever knows about the matter must inform the girl's guardian to prevent her from committing an abominable act, to discipline her mother, and to prevent the young man from violating sacred boundaries. If the young man wishes to marry, he should approach houses through their proper doors. The guardian has the right to marry off the young man or not, according to what is best.
