Is a woman considered to be severing ties of kinship if she prevents her children from visiting their deceased father's family due to her having been subjected to severe harm, humiliation, and accusations against her honor by them, which led to the children disliking them and wanting not to visit them?

We advise the esteemed sister to forgive, pardon, and overlook those who wronged her, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "So whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is due from Allah." If the harm from the husband's family is continuous and the only way to avert this harm is to avoid them, then there is no objection to that.
