The sister is advised to forgive and pardon them, and to respond to their ill-treatment with kindness, so that she may attain the reward of those who forgive. If she is unable to do so, she should not prevent her children from maintaining ties with their kin, and she must raise them to be righteous, to maintain kinship ties, to be tolerant, and to be kind.
