The answer

A woman is permitted to wear decorative clothing in front of women and her male mahrams (unmarriageable kin), and this is not forbidden for her except in front of non- men. If there are no non-mahram men present, she may wear whatever clothes she wishes, such as a wedding dress and the like, provided that it covers what must be covered.
