What is the definition of a "cultural demonstration" linguistically and terminologically, and is it permissible to use forbidden words in it under the pretext that it is a demonstration?

In the Arabic language, "tazāhur" (تظاهر) means cooperation, and "thaqāfah" (ثقافة) means skillfulness in comprehending something and quickness in learning it. Therefore, a "cultural demonstration" (muẓāharah thaqāfiyyah) means cooperation to expedite the learning and understanding of things. As for what people commonly understand today, it refers to a public gathering to promote a specific cultural concept. Such demonstrations must be subject to the controls of Islamic law.
