Is publishing a daily verse for a week, and choosing a person each day to do the same, considered a bid‘ah (innovation)?

There is no harm in disseminating the Qur’an, teaching it to people, reminding them of it, and encouraging them to it, because the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Convey from me, even if it is a single verse." And whoever teaches knowledge will have the reward of anyone who acts upon it. From this, the conveying of hadiths is also understood.
