Is it obligatory to repeat ablution if there are frequent dry secretions from the inner corner of the eye, and it is not known whether they were present before ablution or occurred after it?

The "muwq" is the inner corner of the eye, closer to the nose. A narration has been reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding wiping it, but it is weak. The Shafi'is hold that it is obligatory to wash the muwq during ablution (wudu') and to remove any secretions that prevent water from reaching the skin. However, some scholars, such as Ibn Taymiyyah, believe that a small amount of these secretions is overlooked and does not invalidate the wudu'. Ibn Qudamah holds that anything small and usually concealed does not need to be removed unless it prevents water from reaching [the skin], and if washing it were obligatory, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would have clarified it.
