Is it permissible to judge people based on their stances, and what is the duty towards smokers?

The way to deal with smokers is to advise them to quit smoking, and they should be dealt with mercifully, because everyone has their sins. Allah the Almighty said: "Such as you were yourselves aforetime, but Allah did confer His favor upon you." (An-Nisa: 94). So, if we did not sin by smoking, we have sinned in other ways. Therefore, we must show mercy to Muslims and pray for their guidance. As for the first question, it should be sent independently and clearly.
