Can one supplicate for guidance and steadfastness in wearing the hijab for someone who feels God's wrath upon her despite her prayers and not wearing the hijab in summer?

The Muslim woman must hasten to cover her body and wear the prescribed hijab, in obedience to Allah’s saying: ﴿And let them draw their headcovers over their bosoms﴾, and adhere to the limits set by Allah and submit to His law. Allah has threatened the woman who displays her adornments (mutabarrijah) with deprivation from entering Paradise, in confirmation of the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Two types of people from the inhabitants of Hell I have not seen: ... and women who are clothed yet naked, inclining [to evil] and swaying, their heads like the humps of leaning camels; they will not enter Paradise nor smell its fragrance." Furthermore, wearing the hijab is a condition for the validity of prayer for an adult woman, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "The prayer of a menstruating woman is not accepted without a head covering."
