What are the best ways to guide someone who abandons prayer, or a woman who immodestly displays her adornments, or a person who commits evil deeds?

One who abandons prayer is in grave danger, for it is the pillar of the religion and the first thing a servant will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment. The advice for such a person should be to remind them of Allah, and of the Quranic verses and Prophetic traditions that illustrate the great danger of abandoning prayer and its rewards in this world and the hereafter, such as His Almighty saying: ﴿But there came after them successors who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil.﴾ [Maryam: 59].

As for the woman who displays her adornments (mutabarrijah), she must know that the Muslim woman's duty is to adhere to the hijab because it is a sign of modesty and a symbol of chastity. She should be reminded of His Almighty saying: ﴿and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof; and to draw their headcovers over their chests﴾ [An-Nur: 31], and the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): «There are two types of the people of Hell whom I have not seen yet: men with whips like the tails of cattle, with which they beat people, and women who are clothed yet naked, inclining and inclined, with their heads like the humps of camels, leaning to one side. They will not enter Paradise, nor will they smell its fragrance, though its fragrance can be smelled from such and such a distance.» (Sahih Muslim). The meaning of "clothed yet naked" is that they wear clothes that describe their bodies, or they cover part of their body and expose part of it, or they wear clothes but are naked of piety and chastity. This warning is sufficient to deter anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day from displaying her adornments.
