What is the meaning of the noble verse: "And keep your soul patient with those who call upon their Lord morning and evening, seeking His countenance"?

Allah Almighty commanded His Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and others to patiently abide with the repentant believers who supplicate to their Lord morning and evening, seeking only His Countenance. He described them as engaged in worship and sincerity therein, and forbade him from overlooking them in pursuit of the adornments of worldly life that harm religion. He also forbade obeying anyone whose heart was heedless of the remembrance of Allah and who followed his desires, for his affair was lost and neglected. The verse indicates that those who should be obeyed are those whose hearts are filled with the love of Allah, who constantly remember Him, and who follow His رضا, thus becoming leaders for the people. The verse also encourages remembrance, supplication, and worship at both ends of the day.
