What is the position of Islamic law on the following three points: the marriage of an Arab woman to a non-Arab man, the restriction of the Caliphate to the Quraysh, and is Islam a racist religion, and what is Islam's position on the independence of the Kurds, and have Muslims failed to support them?

Islam is the religion that Allah has chosen for humanity. The pre-eminence of Arabs and Quraish, and the right of Quraishites to the Caliphate, is true, with the permissibility of its transfer to others if no competent person is found among them. Marriage to non-Arabs is permissible, as evidenced by the actions of the Companions. Injustice against any Muslim people is rejected in Islam, which urges supporting the oppressed and restraining the oppressor. The Kurds have served Islam, and scholars have testified to their leadership and virtue. What they recently experienced, in terms of division, is a result of agreements made by disbelievers, and it is not acceptable in Islam. Muslims must adhere to Islam, for it is the cause of their glory and victory.
