What should one do if madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged involuntarily, and one suffers from waswasah (whispering from Satan), which affects one's prayer and fasting?

The cure for obsessive thoughts is to turn away from them and ignore them. The discharge of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) should not be confirmed except with absolute certainty. When its discharge is certain, whatever part of the body it touched should be washed, and the clothes should be sprinkled with water. If the discharge of madhy is continuous, such that it does not cease, then one must take precautions by placing a cloth over the area and performing ablution (wudu') after the time for prayer has begun, then praying with that ablution. As for fasting, the discharge of madhy does not affect its validity at all, according to the preponderant opinion.
