What is the ruling on the small brown residue and tiny amount of blood remaining after defecation despite efforts to remove it? Is it obligatory to repeat the prayer if there is doubt about its exit? Is it necessary to always ensure its absence? Is ignoring the sensation of the discharge of madhy or maniy considered a waswasah (whisper from Satan) that should not be heeded? And do you ignore the dampness you feel despite being certain of its exit? What is the ruling on a wet dream (ihtilam) that occurs without any discharge?

"It is advised for one afflicted with severe obsessive whispers (waswas) to turn away from them and completely ignore them, as this is the path to healing. The worship of one suffering from waswas is valid as long as they have performed what they were commanded to do, and they should not pay attention to the whispers of Satan. As for secretions after defecation, if they are real and continuous, such that they do not stop for a time sufficient for purification and prayer, then the ruling for the one with waswas here is the same as for one afflicted with urinary incontinence (sals): they should clean themselves, perform ablution (wudu'), and pray, and the discharge does not harm them. They are not required to inspect themselves after ablution. As for blood coming from the anus, it nullifies ablution and must be washed away, though a small amount is excused. Regarding semen (mani), pre-seminal fluid (madhi), and claims of lust, all of these are obsessive whispers that must be ignored. One should not pay attention to them, and one should not act on doubt regarding their emission except with absolute certainty. One should not pay attention to what Satan depicts regarding lust towards others. One must strive in supplication (du'a) and seek help from Allah."
