There is no harm in advertising permissible goods and directing the visitor to a page free of prohibitions. However, promoting something permissible that leads to a website containing forbidden images is not prohibited unless the website is pornographic or predominantly evil, because the prevalence of immodest images has become widespread, and preventing their advertisement would cause hardship. One should lower their gaze from forbidden things.
