Is a girl born from her mother's marriage to another man (not the father) forbidden to her mother's first husband?

If a man marries a woman and consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her, the daughters of that woman become forbidden to him, whether they are from a previous or subsequent husband. If a man has consummated the marriage with the mother of a woman, then her daughters from other husbands are considered forbidden to him, based on the Almighty's saying: "And your stepdaughters under your guardianship, born of your wives with whom you have consummated marriage. But if you have not consummated marriage with them, then there is no blame upon you." The phrase "under your guardianship" is a descriptive majority clause and not a condition.
