Where is the grave of Adam, peace be upon him, located?
Source: FtawySummary from Ftawy's records · added here Sep 2, 2026
The exact burial place of any prophet, except for Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Medina, is not known with certainty. Some scholars have suggested that the tomb of Abraham (peace be upon him) is in Hebron, Palestine, while others have denied this. As for the graves of other prophets, their locations have not been authentically determined. The narrations regarding the designation of Adam's (peace be upon him) grave are weak or fabricated, and its location is unknown.
