Is the "Table of the Most Merciful" designated for specific categories of people, or is it permissible for any expatriate or student who finds difficulty in preparing food to go there, and is it only for the poor?

"Ma'idat al-Rahman" (The Table of the Most Merciful) is food prepared by some wealthy individuals for fasting people to break their fast, following the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like theirs." The owners of these tables generally intend them for the poor and needy. If the owner of the food intends to allocate it to a specific group, they must announce their intention, and it is not permissible for anyone outside that group to eat from it.
