Is it permissible to disburse a fixed monthly amount from zakat funds to deserving employees and students of the association?

It is permissible for charitable organizations to distribute Zakat on behalf of its payers, and it is permissible to give it to the organization's employees and students of Qur'an memorization circles if they are among those eligible, such as the poor or the needy. It is not permissible to delay Zakat beyond its due time except for an overriding benefit and for a short period. It is not permissible for the organization to disburse Zakat in the form of monthly salaries unless it is paid in advance. The organization can encourage Zakat payers to pay their Zakat in advance so that it can be distributed monthly. The eligibility of individuals for Zakat must be verified before it is disbursed to them.
