Does a wife become forbidden to her husband who has sworn an oath of divorce against her twenty times, knowing that he has been estranged from her in bed and in living for five months, and she is Christian while he is of the Hanafi school of thought, and he does not wish to free her but rather keeps her for his service and the care of their children?

This is not for us [to decide], rather, it is Allah Almighty who ruled on the disbelief of those who said that Allah is the third of three, and that Jesus is the son of Allah. And it is He who informed that He does not accept any religion other than Islam after the advent of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Whoever claims that Jesus is Allah or the son of Allah insults Allah Almighty with the greatest insult and abuse, and his good manners with creation will not benefit him in this situation. The injustice you suffer from your husband is not because Islam commands it, but rather due to his distance from his religion. If your husband's insult of the prophets and the religion of Islam is proven, then he is an apostate, and in that case, his marriage is nullified, and you are entitled to your full dowry. Also, his divorcing you twenty times is evidence of his disregard for his religion. Islam has given you justice, and here it rules him an apostate and nullifies your marriage, and obligates him to pay the full dowry.
