Is a mother sinful if she disobeys her husband regarding returning to his country and refuses to do so, citing her children's completion of their university studies as a reason?

Residing in a land of disbelief (dar al-kufr) is not permissible except under specific conditions, the most important of which are: the person's religiosity and knowledge, their ability to manifest their religious rituals, and their safety and the safety of their family.

A wife is obliged to obey her husband and move with him unless she stipulated at the time of the marriage contract that she would not leave her country, or if there was a clear danger in the move. Her accompanying her husband should not be prevented on the pretext of educating the children, as education is possible through various means.

It is obligatory to obey the father and travel with him if he wishes to do so, unless there is a danger to the children in the travel. It is natural for a father to be keen on protecting his children from corruption and deviation and to prioritize the safety of their religion. If his return to his country is safe, then the family must obey him and accompany him.
