What are the consequences for someone who stopped praying for three days due to illness and then recovered?

Prayer should not be delayed beyond its appointed time. A sick person is obligated to pray according to their condition. The one who abandons prayer for that period is sinful and must seek forgiveness and repent. The majority of scholars hold the view that missed prayers must be made up, while Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah believes that making them up is not valid and that one should instead perform abundant voluntary prayers.
