Is it permissible to advise a friend who has declared his conversion to Islam to marry, despite his not acknowledging the religion, while the wife married him for money and has other relationships? And what should be done in this situation?

A man who does not acknowledge Islam or its pillars remains in his state of disbelief, and it is not permissible for him to marry a Muslim woman, based on the Almighty's saying: "And never will Allah grant the disbelievers a way over the believers," and "neither are they [believing women] lawful for them [disbelieving men], nor are they [disbelieving men] lawful for them [believing women]." The religious ruling must be clarified to the Muslim woman or her guardian, and if there is a religious authority in the country, the matter must be brought before it to terminate the forbidden relationship. It is permissible to invite this friend to Islam, while emphasizing that it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to have a relationship with any man who is a stranger to her.
