What is the ruling on a veterinarian, who is responsible for serving pilgrims, leaving Mina during the nights of Tashreeq and not staying there overnight?

The veterinarian performing Hajj is required to spend the nights of Tashreeq in Mina, unless there is a need to serve the pilgrims, in which case he is permitted to leave Mina for the night. This permission includes those who serve the interests of the pilgrims, such as doctors and firefighters. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, permitted shepherds and those who provide water to leave Mina for the night.
