Is there no supplication that would make a specific woman dislike attending family gatherings, and make a mother not wish to impose her presence on her children, in order to avoid the quarrels and disputes that occur because of her presence?

Part of perfecting one's dutifulness to the grandmother after her death is maintaining ties with her friends, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The best of dutifulness is for a man to maintain ties with the loved ones of his father after his death." Among the acts of dutifulness to parents after their death are maintaining ties of kinship that are only connected through them, and honoring their friends. However, if maintaining ties with her (the friend) involves harm and quarrels, then it is better not to invite her, because warding off evil takes precedence over bringing about benefits. There is no specific supplication to turn her away, but turning to Allah with sincere supplication brings about a response. Allah Almighty said: "And when My servants ask you concerning Me, then indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he invokes Me."
