Is a second divorce pronouncement considered to have occurred if the wife went to the place where the husband made his first conditional oath, after he had divorced her by phone, or does this conditional oath not take effect, and is it permissible for her to go to that place now?

If a husband suspends his wife's divorce upon a condition, and then divorces her with a non-final divorce (less than three pronouncements), the suspended divorce remains. If the wife then fulfills the condition while she is in her 'iddah (waiting period), she is divorced with another pronouncement; this is because a revocably divorced woman can still be subject to divorce. A revocably divorced woman is considered, in ruling, to be like a wife, and she must obey her husband. If the wife fulfills the condition after the 'iddah has expired, no further divorce occurs. There is an opinion among some scholars that a suspended divorce intended for threat or emphasis does not take effect, and instead, an expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yamin) is required. Intention is taken into account in an oath of divorce; so if the husband intended a specific time, the divorce does not occur if she goes out at a time other than this specified time.
