Does conditional divorce occur if the wife repeatedly commits the prohibited act, and what is the ruling on the husband consummating the marriage with his wife in this situation without knowing that the divorce has occurred?

If a man suspends his wife's divorce with a formula that does not imply repetition, and he does not intend for the divorce to be repeated, then the divorce will not be repeated with the repetition of the action upon which it was suspended. The oath is dissolved by the occurrence of the suspended action. So, if the wife enters the sworn-upon place, the divorce takes place, and the oath is dissolved. The revocable return (raj'ah) occurs simply by the husband having intercourse with his wife during her waiting period ('iddah), even if he was not aware that the divorce had occurred.
