If the parents' refusal is based on valid reasons concerning the girl's religiosity or character, then you must obey your parents and abandon the marriage to her. However, if there are no valid reasons for their refusal, then their obedience is not binding upon you, but it is better to try to convince them or seek mediation from some relatives. If they do not agree, then it is better to abandon the marriage to her, unless you would suffer harm from abandoning it.
