What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding being subjected to severe beating and three stab wounds, two of which were penetrating?

For someone who has experienced such a situation, three courses of action are prescribed: forgiveness and pardon, to attain the reward of the pious and patient; or refraining from forgiveness and pardon, so that the transgressor meets his Lord with what he has committed; or retaliation (qisas) with its conditions, or the blood money (diyah) as determined by Islamic law, and this would be handled by the legitimate Islamic judge.
