What is the ruling on collecting donations during the Friday sermon?

Collecting donations during the Friday sermon is a form of idle talk (laghw) that must be avoided, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Whoever touches the pebbles has engaged in idle talk." Moreover, it harms the worshipers due to stepping over people's necks, which has been forbidden, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to someone who was stepping over people's necks: "Sit down, for you have caused harm."
