What is the authenticity of the hadiths narrated concerning the virtue of the Duha prayer and the recitation of certain dhikrs and surahs, and what is mentioned therein about building palaces and houses in Paradise for those who perform them?

The hadith "Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs of Duha, Allah will build for him a palace of gold in Paradise" is weak. And the hadith "Son of Adam, pray four rak'ahs for Me at the beginning of the day, and I will suffice you for its end" is authentic. And the hadith "Whoever prays Duha and four rak'ahs before the first (prayer), a house will be built for him in Paradise" was declared good (hasan) by Al-Albani, and "the first" refers to the Dhuhr prayer. And the hadith "Whoever enters the marketplace and says: 'There is no god but Allah alone, without partner...'" was declared good (hasan) by Al-Albani. And the hadith "Whoever recites 'Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad' (Surah Al-Ikhlas) ten times, a house will be built for him in Paradise" was declared authentic by Al-Albani.
