As for Eve's betrayal of Adam, it was by not sincerely advising him when she embellished the idea of eating from the forbidden tree. The Hadith indicates that the betrayal of women towards their husbands is due to Eve's nature, which her daughters inherited, and it does not refer to marital infidelity.
