Is the clear white fluid that issues from a man before intercourse impure, and is it included in the semen that Aisha used to scrape off the clothes of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?

The jurists have agreed upon the impurity of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) due to the command to wash the penis from it and perform ablution. They differed concerning the purity of maniy (seminal fluid), and the most correct opinion is that it is pure, based on what was narrated from Aisha regarding scraping it off a garment, and the saying of Ibn Abbas: "It is only like snot and spit." If maniy is not preceded by madhy, it is pure. But if it is preceded by madhy, then the maniy becomes impure due to the mixing of the pure with the impure. The consideration is the emission of madhy, not its mere presence in the urethra.
