What is the ruling on the Adhan that begins with only two takbirs, and in which "Hayya 'ala Khayril 'Amal" is said twice after "Hayya 'alal Falah," and was this authentically reported from the Companions, and does it invalidate the prayer?

It has not been authentically reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) nor from his muezzins that the addition "Hasten to the best of deeds" was part of the Adhan. Rather, what is authentically reported is the recitation of "Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah" after "Hasten to the prayer, hasten to success." This addition is an innovation that contradicts the authentic hadiths. The Adhan consists of fifteen words. As for the prayer for which the Adhan was made with this addition, it is not invalidated, for the Adhan is valid, and the extra words are an error.
