Is saying "you made it easy" to someone who helped in completing a government transaction considered shirk?

A Muslim's helping of his Muslim brother and fulfilling his need is a good deed, and this is accomplished by Allah's grace and His subjugation of good people. Allah is the Creator and the Planner, but this does not prevent attributing the facilitation of matters to those through whom Allah brings it about. Indeed, it has been narrated in the noble Hadith: "Whoever relieves a Muslim of a distress of the worldly distresses, Allah will relieve him of a distress of the distresses of the Day of Resurrection. And whoever makes things easy for one in difficulty, Allah will make things easy for him in this world and the Hereafter." And also: "Make things easy and do not make them difficult."

If the facilitation is attributed to the servant as merely a cause ordained by Allah, there is no harm. However, if it is attributed to him inherently, as if without him the need would not have been fulfilled, without attributing the favor to Allah, then that is polytheism (shirk).
