How can a girl repent, seek forgiveness, and feel at peace after stealing her mother's jewelry and giving it to a young man she loved, while fearing her mother finding out and her health deteriorating?

Love relationships between young men and women are a door to evil and corruption. Islam has legislated lawful marriage for the relationship between men and women. It is obligatory to cut off the relationship with this young man and to hasten to repent to Allah Almighty for the theft of the mother's jewelry. Repentance is achieved by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, along with returning the right to its owner or seeking her forgiveness. It is not necessary to inform her of the theft. The stolen item, if still existing, must be returned. If it cannot be returned, then you owe its equivalent if it has an equivalent, otherwise its value on the day of the theft. It can be returned by any means that does not lead to corruption or cause embarrassment.
