Who is the conqueror of Afghanistan and the region of Azerbaijan?

There is a difference of opinion regarding the conqueror of Azerbaijan. Ibn Kathir mentioned that it was conquered at the hands of Bukair ibn Abdullah, Simak ibn Kharashah, and Utbah ibn Farqad, under the command of Nu'aim ibn Muqarrin. Al-Tabari also mentioned this. Al-Tabari, Khalifah ibn Khayyat, and Ibn al-Imad mentioned that it was conquered at the hands of Al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah. Khalifah and Abu Ubaidah mentioned that it was conquered at the hands of Habib ibn Maslamah al-Fihri. As for Afghanistan, the region of Khurasan (Herat and Marw) was conquered at the hands of Al-Ahnaf ibn Qais, and the lands of Sijistan (Qandahar and Kabul) were conquered at the hands of Asim ibn Asim al-Tamimi.
