It is permissible to place a patch on the glans of the penis as long as it does not cause harm, consulting specialists in this regard. It prevents the spread of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) onto clothes, but it does not prevent the nullification of wudu' (ablution) or negate the obligation of istinja (definition)' (washing private parts) when it exits. It is not necessary to change the patch and perform wudu' for every prayer unless the wudu' is nullified or you are certain of the exit of madhy, in which case you must remove the patch to purify the area and perform wudu'. If you are unsure about the time of its exit, consider it to be at the latest time it could have exited. The reasons for the frequent exit of madhy are usually the arousal of desire, and if it exceeds what is natural, it may be due to an illness, and medical consultation is advised.
