You must be dutiful and kind to your father. If he prevents you from marrying suitable suitors, you may refer the matter to a Sharia judge to arrange your marriage, and it is not permissible for you to marry yourself off. You should supplicate and seek help through prayer to facilitate your matter and be granted a righteous husband. Try to explain the ruling to your parents regarding the importance of not rejecting a satisfactory suitor. Pleasing one's parents is among the most emphasized duties, as long as it does not involve displeasing Allah. Therefore, strive to complete your studies if there is no Sharia prohibition involved, such as intermingling. Otherwise, try to convince them to let you stop studying or complete your studies remotely.
