Will Allah hold me accountable for yelling at my father who prevented me from going to the Qur'an memorization center, knowing that I am remorseful, and will Allah invalidate my deeds and not accept what I memorize from me?

Allah has commanded kindness to parents, and to supplicate for the father for guidance and righteousness. Shouting at one's father is an act of disobedience (ʿUqūq) from which one must repent and seek his forgiveness. Anger should be avoided. Memorizing the Qur'an is desirable (Mustaḥabb) but not obligatory, except for Al-Fatihah. Obedience to parents is not permissible if they forbid seeking essential knowledge or command disobedience to the Creator. Going out for work requires the father's permission if one's living expenses are covered. A father does not have the right to force his daughter to marry someone she dislikes, or to prevent her from marrying suitable suitors; otherwise, his guardianship (Wilāyah) is forfeited. A father's mockery of Allah's verses is a great danger that may lead to disbelief, and he must be reminded of Allah.
