Is the rapist wronged?

If the question is about the one whose property was seized (the victim), then he is indeed wronged if his wealth was taken unjustly, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever usurps a handspan of land unjustly, Allah will encircle his neck with it from seven earths on the Day of Resurrection." However, if the question is about the usurper himself, then he is unjust to himself and to others.
