What are the most effective ways of Islamic Ruqyah to treat perversion?

The cure for perversion lies in a strong resolve to distance oneself from immoralities and sins, and to occupy one's time with righteous deeds such as learning Islamic law, memorizing the Quran, engaging in da'wah (calling others to Islam), and participating in social activities, while avoiding everything that incites lust. Marriage is recommended if possible, and before marriage, one can seek help through fasting, supplication, seeking refuge from Satan, and reciting the well-known supplication: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my tongue, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen." Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) is permissible for oneself, and one may seek help from psychiatrists and benefit from their guidance, preferably through electronic correspondence to maintain privacy.
