Is it permissible to read from the Mus'haf (Quran) during Tarawih prayers and Kusuf (eclipse) prayers?

There is no harm in reading from the Mus'haf (Qur'an) during Qiyam Ramadan (night prayers in Ramadan) to allow the congregants to hear the entire Qur'an. This is because the Sharia-based evidence indicates the permissibility of reciting the Qur'an in prayer, whether from the Mus'haf or from memory. It has been authentically reported that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) instructed her freed slave Dhakwan to lead her in Qiyam Ramadan, and he would read from the Mus'haf.
