Is it permissible to use electrical appliances connected to electricity from a meter that has been tampered with to avoid counting consumption?

It is impermissible to use devices connected to meters that evade electricity payments, as this violates the contract made with the electricity company, based on the generality of Allah's Almighty saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions in what is lawful."
