The salary earned from a permissible and lawful job is halal, and there is no obligation to donate a portion of it. If the doubt (riba) in the work stems from a lack of commitment to attendance, then one is only entitled to the salary commensurate with the days of attendance. The excess must be returned or donated if returning it is not possible.
