What is the meaning of "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created," and what are the perfect words of Allah?

Al-Nawawi interpreted "Allah's Words" in the Quran as referring to "the perfect [words]," meaning those that are complete, into which no deficiency or flaw can enter. It was also said that they are "the beneficial and healing [words]." Al-Zarqani and Al-Munawi interpreted "the Words" as the Beautiful Names and Exalted Attributes of Allah, and as the revealed books from Allah. And Allah knows best.
